"He's here to make a difference and a high impact on the world."
In an interview with T&C, the famous astrologer said, "When the sun is rising when you were born, your rising sign is the same sign as your sun sign and that makes you a very powerful individual. He was born at the most powerful, prominent time."
Frank said that baby Archie will draw attention throughout his life.
"He’s definitely going to be somebody who lives attracting publicity, and I would say that that goes beyond just being a royal," she explained. "He’s already attracted so much attention, globally."
Even though he doesn't have a royal title right now, Frank said that Archie will still have an effective global platform.
"He just is someone that people will be magnetized too," she explained. "He's here to make a difference and a high impact on the world."
Another astrological aspect in Archie's chart that will affect his public persona is his moon, which is situated in Gemini.

Archie and Harry's close bond reflects their astrological charts. The pair's warm relationship was on display during their first photo call together.
"There is this incredible link between Harry and baby Sussex," Frank explained. "Harry is an earth sign—he’s a Virgo—but he also has the moon in Taurus, which is baby Archie’s sun sign and rising sign."
"I think they’re going to have such amount of fun together and be pranksters," she added.
In Harry, Meghan, and Archie's first photocall recently, Frank saw a change in Meghan's behavior.
"She’s always been so in control, so articulate, so incredibly confident, and I suddenly saw a much more vulnerable side to her as Harry held the baby," she said.
