Ivanka Trump Attends a White House Workforce Initiative in Indianapolis
First Daughter Ivanka Trump recently wore a beautiful yet reserved red dress to promote a White House workforce initiative in Indiana, at Salesforce's Indianapolis office.
The 37-year-old looked absolutely gorgeous in the buttoned-up ensemble, which she matched with a black leather belt around her slim waist and a pair of black stilletos.
The White House senior advisor also opted to wear her blond locks loose, cascading down her shoulders, choosing a straightened look instead of curly waves.
OFFERING ADVICE REGARDING THE FUTURE
During her visit, which took place on Thursday, May 16, 2019, Ivanka had the opportunity to join a panel discussion with trainees, moderated by the company's billionaire founder and chairman, Marc Benioff.
At the panel, Ivanka explained that her goal is to guarantee that everyone has the chance to improve themselves through training opportunities.
According to the First Daughter, these opportunities are invaluable considering that, nowadays, workers have to be lifelong learners due to the uncertainty of several jobs.
With the world constantly changing and the job market changing with it, it is crucial for workers to be able to perform different tasks in completely different departments.
PREPARING PEOPLE TO CLIMB THE LADDER TO SUCCESS
The event took place at Salesforce Tower and was part of the company's Trailblazer Day, which recognizes some of the lifelong learners in Salesforce's workforce.
It was also during this meeting that the company signed the Pledge to America's Workers. Created in 2018 by Donald Trump's administration, it is described as a chance for American workers to "move into better jobs that deliver bigger paychecks."
There, the usually professional beauty took the opportunity to have some fun and impressed the locals with a couple of dance moves at the Ethio Traditional Club, a moment that ended up being shared online.
