New Photos of Royal Babies Surfaced On The Internet And Fans Cannot Get Over Them
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge graced the world recently with the release of new family photos taken at the Chelsea Flower Show, which Kate Middleton helped design. The images show the happy family of five enjoying nature, and some of them also showcase Prince Louis, who celebrated his first birthday last month. Let’s check out these wonderful shots!
GETTING BACK TO NATURE
Kensington Palace’s official Instagram (@kensingtonroyal), and their Twitter account as well, recently uploaded several pictures of Prince William and Kate Middleton as well as their kids as they enjoyed a day in the sun on the Chelsea Flower Show. Their first images showed the Duchess of Cambridge working along with the Royal Horticultural Society for the “Back to Nature” garden.
They captioned these shots with,
“The woodland wilderness garden aims to get people back to nature, and highlight the benefits of the natural world on our mental and physical wellbeing.”
Meanwhile, Kate Middleton spoke to the public just ahead of the reveal and commented,
“In recent years, I have focused much of my work on the early years, and how instrumental they are for outcomes later in life. I believe that spending time outdoors when we are young can play a role in laying the foundations for children to become happy, healthy adults.”
The post also talked about many features included in the new garden such as a swing and a tree house that will encourage kids to explore more of nature. It’s a wonderful message, especially considering our modern where children only want an iPad or a smartphone to play with. Older generations used to love going outside and running around with their friends. The post also said,
“The garden forms part of Her Royal Highness’s ongoing work on early childhood development and her mission to support efforts that give every child the best possible start in life.”
They continued with,
“The Duchess has committed to making early childhood development the focus of her work in the years to come, and believes that providing children with the opportunity to spend time outdoors can play an important role.”
THE HEIRS PLAYING AROUND
The next upload displayed a couple of pictures of the Duke and Duchess with the children. The first one included a funny shot of Prince Louis running towards the camera while Prince William looks at him and laughs. The Instagram captioned the images with,
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share some new photographs of their family as they visited the RHS Back to Nature Garden at the #ChelseaFlowerShow on Sunday afternoon. The photographs were taken by @mattporteous.”
They also praised Kate Middleton once again for her efforts, adding,
“Her Royal Highness is a strong advocate for the proven benefits the outdoors has on physical and mental health, and the positive impact that nature and the environment can have on childhood development in particular.”
After looking at those photographs, many parents will also be encouraged to visit more gardens and playing with their children outdoors for a while. The captioned continued,
“Over the past months, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have helped The Duchess gather moss, leaves and twigs to help decorate @The_RHS Back to Nature Garden. Hazel sticks collected by the family were also used to make the garden’s den.”
Meanwhile, they also quoted the Duchess of Cambridge during an interview with Monty Don for the BBC. She said,
“I really feel that nature and being interactive outdoors has huge benefits on our physical and mental wellbeing, particularly for young children. I really hope that this woodland that we have created really inspires families, kids, and communities to get outside, enjoy nature and the outdoors, and spend quality time together.”
Award-winning architects Andrée Davies and Adam White from Davies White Landscape Architects helped the Duchess of Cambridge with the design of the “Back to Nature” garden, and they describe the grounds as “a woodland setting for families and communities to come together and connect with nature”.
The best part of these pictures is that unlike formal royal images, Kate and Prince William can be seen enjoying time with their children and acting like regular parents. Their kids are enjoying nature, and one shot featured Prince George and Princess Charlotte barefoot and dipping their feet in the tiny river. Another image showed Prince William holding Prince Louis on a ball-swing.
All in all, the photographs look like a Norman Rockwell image, and it’s wonderful to see these royals enjoying time like a normal family, and it looks like Kate will be an awesome aunt to Prince Harry's baby. The reactions of their fans have been overwhelmingly positive as the posts on Instagram have received thousands of likes and comments. A Cambridge family fansite said,
“Louis is so adorable. He is in that stage where everything around him is so fascinating. And Charlotte has got so grown up. So lovely to see the whole family out and having fun together.”
They also praised the Duchess of Cambridge for her job as a mother, which is very similar to the late Princess Diana’s style. People hope that she will consider having another child.
“Kate has done such an amazing job with this project and it is lovely to see her husband and kids supporting her. Congratulations Kate on this wonderful achievement. Such a beautiful young family”
One user also agreed that this initiative is a great way of stopping kids from investing all their time on the internet or video games. The Cambridges are trying to raise their kids as normally as possible. She said,
“This is great! I hope it teaches families to put down the electronics and do outside and play!”
Another Instagram user talked about Kate Middleton, who many think will be a great Queen. She said,
“In her generation, she is the best thing to have happened to the Royal family. William, we thank you!”
In that regard, we wholeheartedly agree, and the Queen can rest assured that the future of the British monarchy is in good hands. Let us know what you think of the adorable pictures.
