Meet Noah Lee, 'Three's Company's John Ritter's Transgender Son
John Ritter’s 20-year-old child has transitioned from female to male, changing his name from Stella to Noah Lee.
The late actor’s only child with Amy Yasbeck started his journey as a transgender in September 2016, after turning 18 years old, as reported by Radar Online.
Noah Lee’s half-sister Carly Ritter and half-brothers Jason and Tyler Ritter have also gotten into acting.
John Ritter, best known for his performance on the ABC sitcom “Three’s Company,” died on September 11, 2003, on Stella’s fifth birthday. He passed away six days before his 55th birthday in the same hospital where he was born.
Noah Lee has been keeping a low profile. There are only few photos of him available online. After news of his transition broke out, he set his social media accounts to private.
As Stella Ritter, Noah Lee did a few film projects. She appeared in “The Namazu” (2012), “This Is My Friend” (2007) and “Hannah Lost Her Smile” (2013).
Acting runs in the family’s blood. Noah Lee’s half-sister Carly Ritter and half-brothers Jason and Tyler Ritter have also gotten into acting.
Among them, Jason appears to be the most successful in the entertainment industry. He has appeared on several television shows in several movies, notably “Tales of Titans,” “Girls,” “Gravity Falls,” “Drunk History,” “Parenthood,” and “Freddy vs. Jason.”
More recently, Jason was featured in the American period sitcom, “Another Period” as Lord Frederick Bellacourt.
In 2018, he also had a supporting role in “The Tale,” an autobiographical feature film, which premiered at the 2018 Sundance Festival on January 20, 2018. The movie premiered on HBO on May 26, 2018.
Jason is engaged to actress Melanie Lynskey and shares a daughter with her. Their daughter was born in December 2018.
